Welcome to FemmeRepublica. I’m sure you have many questions. First of all, let us assure you that Femmerang is still here. FemmeRepublica is the little sister or twins if you will. Femmerang will always be our umbrella company. Under FemmeRepublica, we will run most of our projects and have our events.
As time passed by, we realized that we didn’t want to restrict ourselves. We also realized that we wanted to be more inclusive. This thought came to us as we noticed that even though the name of our company starts with “femme” we still had male clients and followers. This was amazing to see. We heard our people and now we are officially opening up our services to everyone. We are still a female-run business and women’s issues will always be our main priority. We will still have private events for women and will provide safe spaces for women. That will never change. We have not moved away from our first and foremost purpose, which is to raise awareness about women’s mental health, and other important issues related to women and provide wellness services to women.
We do, however, realize that we cannot even begin to solve the problems of one-half of the world without helping the other half. All of us have to walk this rocky road together. Men are not just allies, men are our partners, friends, and families who need just as much help in navigating and understanding the world as we do. Also, we need their help in understanding their world.
Under FemmeRepublica we will all work together to understand each other and try to create a world with more inclusivity and diversity.

Mahvish Akhtar
Mahvish Akhtar has been working as a journalist for 25 years. She writes for many different Publications in Pakistan and the United States.
She’s also an entrepreneur. She’s the founder and CEO of Femmerang and FemmeRepublica.

Sanya Mithani
Sanya Mithani, Head of Global Communication at Femmerang, blends academic rigor with marketing expertise. Currently pursuing a PhD in Management in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Sanya is passionate about understanding global dynamics. An avid reader and cultural enthusiast, she thrives on interacting with new people and exploring diverse perspectives. With a focus on marketing, Sanya drives impactful communication strategies. Her current research project on women entrepreneurship in Badin, Pakistan, underscores her dedication to empowering women and fostering economic growth.

Rahmeen Zubaida, a certified Makeup Artist and Entrepreneur, combines her expertise in beauty with her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Middlesex University, Dubai. She’s the founder of an organic beauty product line, offering pure oils and gel-based moisturizers available on FemmeRang’s FemmeCart. As a Beauty Vlogger for Femmerang’s YouTube Channel and an active Instagram blogger (@lemaquillagebynena), Rahmeen shares her passion and expertise with a wide audience.
