Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the exchange

  3. Once approved, we will share return instructions

  4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item or size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative item or store credit at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Shipping Time for Exchanges

Once your exchange is approved and processed, delivery times may vary depending on your location. Femme Cart is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
